I had a heal come loose on my boots on a Saturday afternoon in the centre of Birmingham! and we found the nearest Timpsons, when we walked in, Raj was very professional and after assessing the problem, proceeded to fix the problem straight away, saving the day and allowing me to continue with my sightseeing in the knowledge my boot was 100% fixed. Thank you Raj for your professionalism and pleasant manner.Â
The arm of my glasses came off and Raj fixed this for me for no charge! Brilliant service and saved me a long journey! Thanks Raj 😀Â
