HUGE thanks to Joe in Timpson’s in Magherafelt for rescuing my shoes, which I was about to throw up. The heels on both shoes were worn badly (thought I had a before photo). Looked like there were bites out of them. They are really comfy shoes so I am well pleased I can wear them again!!
Called in to get links removed from watch - Joe got it sorted with minimal fuss and even recommended buffing my wedding ring back to a gleaming shine. Absolutely stellar job done while I waited and great conversation with Joe. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Took my favourite old shoes to be soled and heeled. Lovely job with a decently thick sole so they'll last. I had a handbag that needed a few stitches to stabilise the strap. Not a problem, done while I waited. Lovely guy.
Joe is a friendly and helpful man, who always goes out of his way to help. He is approachable and has brilliant customer service skills. Nothing is ever a bother to him. He is a great team player and will help out anyone that comes his way.
