Have used this place and their services many a time. All the staff are polite,patient helpful, good honest quality in their work. Last time was for 3 watch strap adjustments. Have also used for watch batteries, key cuts and dry clean on school uniform.

30 quid to cut a key, opens the doors but doesn't work on the ignition, took my own blank in too, thought 30 quid was a tad on the expensive side but for it not to work too was a massive slap in the face. Staff are nice though hence giving 1 star but obviously equipment sucks or something. Ah well, live and learn.

Fabulous Customer Service! I’m not local to Brecon but take my shoes & boots to be repaired there just because Graham is so very VERY good at his work. Graham has even fixed work that other cobblers have done! It’s not just the high, trustworthy standard of work though.iit’s the thoughtfulness, kindness & honesty as well. Graham appreciates that a good quality pair of shoes are worth looking after and is always very happy to help. Please pass my thanks onto his management team!

Shameful Exploitation of Naive Customers!!! My wife has recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Timpsons Brecon, and I must say, it was a complete rip-off. It's disheartening to see a business preying on unsuspecting customers, particularly targeting folk who might not be familiar with the costs of certain services. In this case, we needed 2 car fob replacement batteries, and ended up paying a whopping £24! The batteries cost no more than a couple of pounds each elsewhere.
