On two different days charged two different prices for the same engraving job on identical pieces of metal. Would recommend going elsewhere, where services are more reliable and service is kinder.
I visited today my son needed his suit cleaned and shirt press in just over an hour , Pooja literally performed nothing short of a miracle !!! All done with the ultimate professionalism and a huge smile !! Exceptional service by an exceptional lady Completely over and above what you could ever expect. Senior management need to recognise this I will be telling everyone I meet ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you
A disaster dry cleaning our curtain. Shrunk by 20cm/9 inches!! We got an apology, our money back but no compensation towards replacement. Some shrinkage is possible/acceptable but not this much. Avoid!
Needed a few links taken out of a vintage watch, Pooja did a great job, was very patient and friendly
Update: Timpson customer services asked me to contact them after my last review. I did so immediately. Three weeks later and one chaser, I have not heard anything from them.
