This is the third time I have asked for help withe broken zips. The previous items were sent off for repair and a great job was carried out at a very good value for money. This time the assistant fixed athe zip on a a bag on the spot. Very impressed with the level of service again. Please note I saw Wendy at the North Cheam branch in Surrey. Very happy customer.
