Gentleman behind the counter was abrupt and unhelpful. When I explained I had trouble with a m shine he told me to call head office for a code. His manner was not helpful, the gentleman over the phone asked to speak with him to make the keys. Once he was making them again he was abrupt and unfriendly. His attitude was not of someone supposed to be working in customer service.
