Needed a key cutting and service was fantastic, key was cut in literally a minute. Only problem was they charged 12 quid for the minute of work and a sliver of steel. I really needed 2 keys cutting but when you feel like you're being robbed I couldn't justify paying for 2.

I had a key cut for my caravan door and as they did not have the right key, it was cut with a similar key. I was asked to try the key before paying and then go back with the result so I could have a 2nd one cut and then pay for them both. Unfortunately I was not able to get back to the store, so I telephoned to pay for the key and was told it was not a problem. I would like to thank the manager for his response and also for trusting me with the first key. Thank you very much.

Popped in store at Blackpool tesco,last Sunday for two whatch batteries, the young chap that was on ,I found to be very unhelpful, arrogant, and sarcastic . I would say for to management that do read these comments, to send this staff member on a course for customer satisfaction. Will take my custom to another timpsons. 26.6.22.

There isn't a Thompson in tesco shettleston but I think there is one at the parkhead forge retail park. The thimpson inside asda parkhead forge shopping cell is a very good and helpful with all depth they have... Shoe repair key cutting and the photo centre machines.
