Jordan trainers..😂 washed in the washer/dried in the dryer 🤷♀️ Soles loose. The lovely lady today was incredibly kind and managed somehow to fix the issue. Thanks so much for your help and kindness today. Such a lovely lady! GH.
Business response:
Thank you for sharing, Gillian! We're glad our team member could fix your trainers' loose soles. Your kind words mean a lot to us.
Gentleman behind the counter was abrupt and unhelpful. When I explained I had trouble with a m shine he told me to call head office for a code. His manner was not helpful, the gentleman over the phone asked to speak with him to make the keys. Once he was making them again he was abrupt and unfriendly. His attitude was not of someone supposed to be working in customer service.
Business response:
Thank you for your review, Bernadette. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and that the service you received wasn’t as helpful or friendly as it should have been. Please get in touch with us directly so we can look into what happened and address your concerns.
