Went in yesterday Saturday 22nd November about 1pm didn't get the member of staffs name but he went above and beyond really helpful and knowledgeable definitely needs some gratitude from his manager or head office
Jacko has been extremely helpful with cutting a new key (which proved to be more complicated than it sounds) Amazing job
Got a key cut didn't ask for a price it was just 1 single key and was charged £12. Absolute rip off. Go to the hardware shops guys it's alot cheaper don't waste your time with these thieves
Worst customer service ever. There is a lovely little shop just up the road. Leather and lock on regent road.
Got several standard house keys cut some worked, some just about worked some not at all. Gave them a second chance but no better refunded in the end.
