Got a key cut didn't ask for a price it was just 1 single key and was charged £12. Absolute rip off. Go to the hardware shops guys it's alot cheaper don't waste your time with these thieves
Worst customer service ever. There is a lovely little shop just up the road. Leather and lock on regent road.
Got several standard house keys cut some worked, some just about worked some not at all. Gave them a second chance but no better refunded in the end.
Gary is an absolute asset to Timpsons. Very hard working. Excellent workmanship on all repairs weather that be shoes, keys or anything else. Always a great job done.
This place is a joke. I went in and asked for two keys to be copied and was told 20 minutes. I politely responded that I’d rather wait in store. The individual at the till started muttering and shaking his head and did the job like he was doing me a favour. His attitude and customer service was non existent! £18.00 for two keys and treated like scum. I shall be complaining to the company. My honest suggestion to anyone who lives in Altrincham is don’t bother. Lesson learned and never again - the joke of 2024 - Great Service ... read more
