I came in yesterday and was welcomed by the manager Daniel (Danny). He gave a warm welcome and stopped what he was doing to get my items sorted. I was in there all of 20mins and that was doing a number of items. It was nice to speak to someone within retail who actually had a laugh with you and held conversation. Due to this great service, I would 100% recommend this branch and will be returning.

Such a helpful man here did a fantastic job with my beloved leather ankle boots. They look better than they have since they were brand new. They've been re-heeled and re-soled many times before, but never so robustly and carefully. They look brilliant now. I would recommend this Timpson's with no hesitation at all.

Great and convenient location for me to always pop in for our keys to be cut and replaced when lost by my household. I've also replaced my car key battery there too. I'm due to return to have soles of shoes done too. Daniel has always been very friendly, chatty, kind and efficient at what he does. He can do almost all keys, and and if not he'll advice accordingly. Very happy with his services 😊
