I have a lifetime battery replacement contract with timpsons. I took my watch with lifetime battery replacement receipt but the man refused to serve me as I didn't have some card he said I should have...which I was never given. He was impolite and dismissive of me in front of other customers. This was at Broughton Tesco near Chester. Very unimpressed. . I've never had an issue in other Timpson stores
