The man running this shop is rude and condescending. He said it would take 30 minutes to cut 4 keys, which to me seems a bit much but what do I know! He could see I was waiting outside the shop and didn’t think or care to give me a wave or anything and then proceeded to sit down and chat to the woman working in the store. The keys were sat in the side when I went in after another couple got served! Went into get my car key fixed as it lost the pin. He was super busy but left it with him went shopping and come and back to my key fixed for a fiver. So pleased with the service and will definitely go back to this store again. Thank you
Been in twice now and both times he was ignorant, rude and condescending. First went in to ask about getting a skirt altered. He was chatting with two customers - not about any work to be done, just general chit chat - 5-10 minutes before one of the customers draws his attention to me. Asked about clothing alterations and he says “No, you’re looking at 5-6 weeks” clearly not even wanting me to go through with it. Great job! Fixed my watch very quickly :) seems like a reasonable price too :) they were friendly and very helpful I would recommend this shop to any one :) very convenient on location too as you can go shopping while things are fixed :)
A grumpy, miserable individual who is not in the least interested in helping. I arrived at 1.50 pm and he took exception to me having the audacity to interrupt his lunch to have a key cut. He Made it quite clear I was a nuisance. I walked away as his rudeness was appalling.
