Called in and was amazed at such good service thank you
Excellent response from lady assistant. My TW watch appeared to require new battery. On inspection battery good, dusted out and reseated. Resealed now OK no charge. Previously used for watch and car fob battery replacement, great local service.
Pleasant and polite but shoe repairs - bloody awful. I choose my words carefully. Inferior materials used, especially the heels & tips they replace - cheapest possible junk that guarantees a very short life span. Timpsons national percentage approval is 60% meaning 40% (like me) will never return.
Visits the Oakham store last week, whilst they were unable to fix my problem they did offer sound advice as to where to go and what to suggest to ensure that the problem could be repaired. Great customer service.
Nice lady behind the desk fixed my watch strap very quickly, well done.
