I called in for a watch battery on Saturday 08.11.25 and the member of staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to see someone who was happy in his job. I will recommend to family and friends.

Took my watch it for a new battery, paid £25 for lifetime warranty. Unfortunately I noticed a few days later the watch stopped working, I took the watch back along with the card you receive when purchasing the lifetime warranty, the guy was very helpful and replaced the battery at no extra cost. A few people here complaining that they can’t get a replacement battery but if you don’t have a receipt what do you expect? 5* service, will be back with the rest of my watches soon!

Took a pair of expensive Birkenstock sandals here which needed sole regluing. The “assistant” didn’t even come off his phone, took one look and said “good god no, there’s dried glue on both sides, I couldn’t do it” he laughed throughout. At least he was honest about his lack of skills! Avoid like the plague unless you have a desire to be belittled by a very rude shop assistant with absolutely no cobbler skills or customer service skills.!

Took a pair of shoes in to be re soled around 3 weeks ago and was told that they could not be repaired until the week after as they were waiting for glue. Took the same shoes in today and was told exactly the same story. What is going on?
