I wanted a special calligraphy pen engraved for a friend which I had been told by another shop that it would not be easy to do and the other place was unable to undertake due to their machinery not working so I took to Rayleigh Weir Timpsons. The gentleman there was so friendly and helpful, he understood how special this gift was and despite being faster than i had anticipated, he really took care and created a very beautiful engraving for me. I can’t thank you enough.
Wayne was really nice and paid attention to all my requests. The engraving is top notch, shoes always perfect and keys are spot on. Brilliant service and best place to come if you need anything to be fixed or cleaned.
My review is only about phone - drove here yesterday and was disappointed after reading online that they repair phones on site, they don't! Waste of my time and journey, the company need to update this information. Very friendly man inside the shop though.
