Took a pair of Clarks Mens boots in ,asked for a quote ,"Can't be done,heels are hollow "A whole sole was quoted at £98,Guy couldn't be bothered, I said I would have to throw them away then ,"Yes" was the reply ,Got them done by a local Shie repair service £11.50.Not doing your firm any favours.
