Leroy on the shoe repair, key cutting side of the business is so good at his job, you need never doubt that he will do a great job; he is also thoughtful and friendly. The ladies on the cleaning side are equally good, professional and friendly.
I was really grateful for Leroy's help today with some stitching that several other shops had been unable to attempt. Super can-do approach, thank you for top service.

Leroy is fantastic, sorted keys for my car , sorted steel heel tips for my shoes. Not many cobblers know how to do them. Great fella always helpful happy and professional. My go to man at the Didsbury branch.
They couldn’t my repair my laptop backpack because of technical issues. Which is fine. But my bag was sitting in their store for who knows how long. I would have appreciated a call that it was back from the timpson workshop, so I could repair it elsewhere. Plus I use it daily for work, which is clear from the bag itself. There was also weird grassy stuff all over it when I got it back, and not sure why they were always so curt when speaking. The whole processes just showed a general carelessness. Highly unlikely to return.
