Went to Timpson's next to Morrisons, WGC on Sat 7th Feb. Needed my watch bracelet shortened & a set of Passport photos. Superb service on both jobs at a very reasonable price. Thank you. John.
Taken sons watch into this branch to have a link added to the strap and a new battery on the 5/8/25 They damaged the watch by breaking the hour hand which then had to be sent away for repair . No communication from them as to what was happening once they sent it finally got it back 27/8/25.and the face of the watch was now steaming up taken back again on the 28th and told needs to be sent away again. The manager is the most unhelpful person with no concern for the inconvenience this is causing.just saying call customer serv... read more
Had an issue with my car key, casey was very reasonable and fixed my key with no problems
Had several pairs of heavy lined handmade curtains dry cleaned. Superb job. Really pleased with the result, curtains came back looking as new. Really nice young man advised and took order. A fast and efficient service. Thank you Timpsons!
Went there at 9am this morning to get new heels put on my boots. Asked the young bloke if they could be done within in the hour but he said no he needs to stuff done on the computer!! Wow … great customer service that is!! Paperwork before customer service. Withour customers mate you won’t have any paperwork to do
