My Cragghopper waterproof walking trouser zip failed within warranty and Cragghopper sent vouchers to have the zip replaced with a generic zip at Timpson. I was advised it would take about 2 weeks as it has to go off site for replacement and it was done by the 2 weeks over the Jubilee holiday. I am very pleased with the quality of repair and as you can see from the photographs that the concealed generic zip is equally as good as the original. The shop manager is very helpful and straightforward.

In September, I left two pairs of shoes for repair at your Poole branch in Tesco Fleetsbridge. When I returned a few days later to collect them, I was disappointed with the quality of the repair, which did not meet the usual standard I’ve come to expect.
