My Cragghopper waterproof walking trouser zip failed within warranty and Cragghopper sent vouchers to have the zip replaced with a generic zip at Timpson. I was advised it would take about 2 weeks as it has to go off site for replacement and it was done by the 2 weeks over the Jubilee holiday. I am very pleased with the quality of repair and as you can see from the photographs that the concealed generic zip is equally as good as the original. The shop manager is very helpful and straightforward.

Took my phone in this morning as it was in an awful state. 10 minutes later all sorted. What a nice guy, so polite and helpful. Can really recommend him.
In September, I left two pairs of shoes for repair at your Poole branch in Tesco Fleetsbridge. When I returned a few days later to collect them, I was disappointed with the quality of the repair, which did not meet the usual standard I’ve come to expect. Went in for a car replacement battery, £18.99 so thought it has to be done so got it changed, went back to the car still saying change battery in key so went back to talk to the man, he said must be the car very uninterested at all in helping as never had this trouble before would not recommend at all very poor service considering they are so expensive only did it thier because my Mrs works at Tescos and it was convenient. DONT GO THIER UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF
