I've always had good service at Timpson. I went there yesterday on a whim to see if they could fix my car key which had been falling apart and stopped working. Ten minutes later, it looks good as new, and it only cost £50! I tested it this morning and it works perfectly. Thank you Timpson!

I have used this branch a few times and always had swift and helpful service. Nathan cut some keys for me today on the spot, and was pleasant and polite. Thank you 🔑

Sent in for Xbox console deep cleaning service by Timpson Tech. Paid £75 upfront. The Xbox console had to sent back again because the tech didn't functionally test it to ensure it working. Waited nearly one month in total as they guarantee it will takes 5 working days. I came collect it and they want another £20 before they return Xbox console back.

Been 3 times for new house keys to be cut and each time at least 2 out of the 3 keys purchased don't work... don't have your keys cut here.

Visited last Thursday to have 10 keys cut, none of which worked :) However, went back on Monday, all keys re-cut by regular manager all worked perfectly. Thursday is the Managers day off and a relief worked comes in, regular manager implied as they were only in for the day they did not care as much. Moral or the story expect a 1* experience if you visit on a Thursdays, but the regular manager gives a 5* service every other day.
