Took a jacket in to have 2 poppers put on it, after a week went to see if it was back only to be told not sent away yet, Man working said the other staff hadn't done their job properly. Week later went to collect only to discover the poppers didn't even match, will never use them again. 2 WEEKS FOR A VERY BAD JOB FOR SOMETHING VERY BASIC. UPDATE Very good service from customer services, I was given a full refund & the offer to take back to repair again ,

I've always had good service at Timpson. I went there yesterday on a whim to see if they could fix my car key which had been falling apart and stopped working. Ten minutes later, it looks good as new, and it only cost £50! I tested it this morning and it works perfectly. Thank you Timpson!

I went there today and don’t know exactly the name of guy trying to change my strap. He couldn’t change my watch strap for about half an hour and he managed to do one side and couldn’t do another side. After that I wasn’t able to wear my watch. Worst place to go for changing watch strap and whoever was that guy wasn’t confident enough to do his job.

I have used this branch a few times and always had swift and helpful service. Nathan cut some keys for me today on the spot, and was pleasant and polite. Thank you 🔑

Sent in for Xbox console deep cleaning service by Timpson Tech. Paid £75 upfront. The Xbox console had to sent back again because the tech didn't functionally test it to ensure it working. Waited nearly one month in total as they guarantee it will takes 5 working days. I came collect it and they want another £20 before they return Xbox console back.
