Firstly, the shop was completely empty when I arrived. So it's a good job it wasn't the wrong type of person, because someone could have easily got the employee in trouble for leaving everything unattended. Secondly, when the staff member did arrive (Dean I think?), he was very abrupt with his communication and told me he couldn't help me for 40 minutes and to come back then. I certainly didn't return and wouldn't go there again. I will be sticking to my local cobbler instead!
Went in for a watch battery. The guy did it right there and then for me. Only waited a couple of minutes.
Dean and the team always go above and beyond to help with any service or query. I’m especially keen to support them for being veteran owned and for all their work in supporting local charities including men’s mental health charity.
I called at Timpson branch in Telford next to Tesco on Wednesday, I asked the guy if he could fix my van key,after taking a look at the state it was in he proceeded to say I ought to go to Telford town centre branch where some one could solve my broken key and fob, as I turned to walk away a little disappointed , , he said let me see what I can do and explained he hadn’t done this before, come back in 10 minutes he said, sure enough not only did he fix it he walked to my van and made sure it fully worked before I went on my ... read more
Came here to get a very awkward key cut from an very old car key that had snapped and bent. The guy who did it did a great job and was very kind and helpful. Would recommend.
