Went in to use the Evri machine to send some parcels. I had a little trouble scanning the qr code. Woman working there (named Cathy) did not acknowledge my presence in the store (it was empty),not even a "hello". I asked her for some help but she just said "the machine usually works" in a grumpy,dismissive manner. I eventually managed to persevere and get qr codes scanned. Really helpful and great service I had my boots re heeled . Loved the free books by Sir John Timpson .
Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star, absolutely appalling. Very disappointed in the Abergavenny store. At three house keys cut last week, I got home to find that they had completely given me the wrong key it didn’t even fit in the key hole. I returned the day after to sort the problem. Gentlemen there was lovely couldn’t apologise more and quickly cut me new keys then to my disbelief got home and still the wrong size key still wouldn’t go in the key hole, later that day I went back seen the same man there he told me he’d grind t... read more
I had the same experience with a lady there. She was really rude and used foul language. I have always used other branches, but this one needs clearly looking into. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
Obnoxious, arrogant woman. Should have walked out when I heard how she dealt with the lady before me. Will never go back there again, surprised they have any business. Guys in Brecon lovely, wish I'd never met her.
