Having purchased shoes that did not consequently fit , I was left in a dilemma as to what to do Overdue in time to return them, they were too expensive to ignore! I would like to extend a huge thank you to Chris at Timpson for his incredible help on the 13th of November. I had a really stressful morning when I couldn’t get my car key to work, and on top of that, I accidentally broke it while trying to get the manual key out. I was stuck, unable to take my son to school, but Chris stepped in and saved the day. Not very polite and not helpful. My other half asked about a battery for her car key. Was told £5 for the battery but because she didn't know what battery and she couldn't get the key he said if he opened the ke for her it's £12.95. Not helpful and rude. Use the shop in town. Old staff where so much better.
