I went to the town centre Timpsons earlier after being turned away by Shelthorpe store the other day. Phillip was the gentlman who served me. I couldn’t have imagined any better customer service. I came in with a difficult watch, as always it really wasn’t straight forward, however he did (and succeeded) his upmost to fix it. I very highly recommend the services here, he doesn’t turn tricky tasks away, he deserves all the best in business and life. Thank you

Never used the guy to be honest. However, he had asked us to return twice for a service that he couldn't offer only to of course reveal to us on our second visit that he couldn't provide the service. He could have saved us a trip at least. Otherwise, he may be good with some other services but he did not demonstrate his competence.

I had a pleasant, professional experience at the Loughborough branch. Phil was happy to answer all my questions with his considerable knowledge, and quickly fixed my broken car key for a good price. Highly recommend!

We visited today and was served by a great guy called Nathan. We needed some keys copying for my daughters new apartment. Nathan was very friendly and made us feel welcome and chatted to us whilst we waited for our keys to be made. Thanks Nathan keep up the good work and the keys all worked perfectly too 👍
