i've been in the shop a few times in last month, firstly i want to say how phil greets his customers, with a polite & jolly good day sir/madam, always with a happy & kind demeanor. before xmas phil very kindly created a new shoulder strap fastener for my partners designer handbag, with great skill & attention to detail he made a fantastic job, this week i popped in to find out if he could create 5 small engraved brass plates.
