Disappointed service. Went there to change the battery in my watch, but the staff couldn’t even open the back cover properly and left scratches and damage on it. After that they sent me to Timpson in the town centre, where they barely even tried and seemed too lazy to get better tools. In the end I managed to do it myself using garage tools without causing any extra damage.
Martin in Boston was so helpful with a tricky car key replacement. He went above and beyond to research and ask colleagues for information. Finally cut the key and checked it was fully functional before leaving . Peace of mind as daughter was leaving for uni and reassured any issues she could return to her local store. Great service.
Less than a star if I can .. I was to do a passport photo for my baby there was a guy said that he cannot do it for the baby, when I asked why he’s explanation was that the baby can’t reach the white wall. It was obvious that he don’t want to help and do the job also he showed me other options to go to when outside was heavy rain. Poor service
Couldn't, or wouldn't cut my new Va2 car key. They said that there store next to Tesco's could, so I phoned them and was quoted £30, I then phoned Lock's and Leather in Boston, for a quote, ONLY £12 less than half the price, and did a perfect job, with a very friendly welcoming attitude.
Thank you Martin Because you're honest 👍 My 2009 BMW 3 series remote key worked when I used it in driving. It chrged its self from the car ignition system. I respect honest SMEs 👍
