Martin in Boston was so helpful with a tricky car key replacement. He went above and beyond to research and ask colleagues for information. Finally cut the key and checked it was fully functional before leaving . Peace of mind as daughter was leaving for uni and reassured any issues she could return to her local store. Great service.
Couldn't, or wouldn't cut my new Va2 car key. They said that there store next to Tesco's could, so I phoned them and was quoted £30, I then phoned Lock's and Leather in Boston, for a quote, ONLY £12 less than half the price, and did a perfect job, with a very friendly welcoming attitude.

I do not recommend Timpson Boston Marketplace. The key they did broke in the lock. they refused to accept the guarantee. The quality of the key material is embarrassing.
I went there with my little one to take some passport photos. The employee there was very fast , took a horrible photo , I told him I am not happy at all with it, he didn't care at all, went to the screen, checked if is GOV approved and printed it. Do not go there if you have a child who needs indications for a good photo. We went there on Saturday, 25th of June, not sure if there are other employees who pay more attention.
