I can’t remember the names of the two lads I met, but I have to say the service they both gave me was outstanding. Very welcoming and friendly from the get go. I had an older gen BMW key which unfortunately requires you to solder the old battery out and the new one in. I called a few locksmiths and it seemed like Timpsons were the only locksmiths who could do the job and they did-all in 30 minutes and for a fraction of the price from BMW Sytner who quoted £200 for a new key!! The soles of our sons school shoes had become unstuck. I took them to Timpsons and they did an excellent job of glueing them. The best part is that they did not charge me.
I went there for a car key fix that was pretty much impossible because the key is not the original key for the car but the guy there said he can give it a try:) the key works wonders and when I asked what I owe him he said not to worry about it. He really made my day as I was already struggling financially with this car a while ago . Thank you so much ! Hope you have a good day! I can’t express enough the appreciation for the little help. Absolutely disgusting service! Got keys in December.. one broken in January..ginger kid with attitude..no guarantee with keys cut here he says..so no guarantee you can get into your home you mean? Was different when I bought them..."any problem bring them back" all i wanted was a replacement..I mean a month it lasted!! Iv head tons of keys cut here but now id rather drive over to rumney hill and get proper strong yale keys..shocking customer service..sat on his phone in corner didn't even get up!
