Patrick served me and was absolutely great — really friendly, helpful, and chatty. He helped with international photo IDs for both of my young children and made the whole process easy and pleasant. I’ll definitely use them again.

Went twice over the last two days and on both occasions I found this Timpsons inside Sainsburys closed during its advertised opening hours. Not great!
AWFUL LADY Zeynab working at this branch of Timpson. RUN AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU WILL SEE HER. Otherwise you will regret about your visit 100%. She broke the car key and was extremely aggressive and rude. She blamed me that I am a liar and brought already broken key. The point was just to change a car key cover, not something inside.
