I've always been a big fan of Timpsons and the one I usually use in Gravesend has always been brilliant. Having moved though, i went to this one in Sainsbury's Otford road for a watch battery. They changed it for me with no problem. However within a week I noticed that condensation was forming on the watch face so took it back. Mark in the Otford store is absolutely fantastic. He has sorted out my watch strap and put a battery in my key set. Have visited a couple of times and the service is fantastic. Super quick and with a smile . Thank you , would highly recommend.
AWFUL LADY Zeynab working at this branch of Timpson. RUN AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU WILL SEE HER. Otherwise you will regret about your visit 100%. She broke the car key and was extremely aggressive and rude. She blamed me that I am a liar and brought already broken key. The point was just to change a car key cover, not something inside. We needed passport photos and they were done quickly and the guy was very helpful, considering we were having our baby photographed. Additionally, the keys we had done were perfect. No sticking etc.
Paid £34 to get two new keys cut yesterday and neither of them work! They do not even fit in my door! My estate agent couldn't show anyone round that day because of this and all viewings had to be cancelled...Will be going back tomorrow to get sorted.
