Patrick served me and was absolutely great — really friendly, helpful, and chatty. He helped with international photo IDs for both of my young children and made the whole process easy and pleasant. I’ll definitely use them again.

I've always been a big fan of Timpsons and the one I usually use in Gravesend has always been brilliant. Having moved though, i went to this one in Sainsbury's Otford road for a watch battery. They changed it for me with no problem. However within a week I noticed that condensation was forming on the watch face so took it back. AWFUL LADY Zeynab working at this branch of Timpson. RUN AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU WILL SEE HER. Otherwise you will regret about your visit 100%. She broke the car key and was extremely aggressive and rude. She blamed me that I am a liar and brought already broken key. The point was just to change a car key cover, not something inside.
