I needed a watch battery fitted....something the jeweller refused to do as frightened of breaking glass face. It was a brand new Bulova watch that had been sitting in the drawer & never used. I had a key copy made in Tonbridge (Angel walk) branch and unfortunately the new key couldn’t go into the lock fully because the new key template had a larger shoulder. I popped back to the branch in Tonbridge and I kindly explained the issue. I also showed pictures on my iPhone, demonstrating how the original key goes into the lock and how the new copy gets stuck. Dont get your car key batteries here charged me £30 for 2 batteries just to find out i could have got a pack of 15 for £6.50 online, what an absolute rip off, no wonder the high Street shops are going bust if they are ripping people off like that, lesson learned for me and hopefully for you all as well.
Have used for many years. Wayne is a true professional when so many other services nowadays are terrible. Excellent at all he does. Great with customers. Can't recommend highly enough.
After a hellish day of a sick child, locking myself out the house, getting into town not having money for the car park and Ringo of course not working I got to Timpsons where I asked how long would it take to cut one key for me, the help staff member told me it would take 5 mins, but he closed in 3 minutes so I would have to come back tomorrow.
