Needed to get my watch strap changed and popped into Timpson in the Derbion. Garry (he travels everywhere) was really friendly and couldn't have been more help. The service was excellent and I will definitely use this store again.

Took a pair of shoes to have the sole stuck back on. Yet again service above and beyond expectations. Daz, the branch manager, was a pleasure to deal with and was super helpful in every possible way. I will only use Timpson's for my shoe repairs and key cutting due to the exceptional service and over and above customer care.
Needed to visit a real person because my machine scan cut Yale keys weren't working properly. Callum was more than helpful in sorting this for me.
