Took a pair of shoes to have the sole stuck back on. Yet again service above and beyond expectations. Daz, the branch manager, was a pleasure to deal with and was super helpful in every possible way. I will only use Timpson's for my shoe repairs and key cutting due to the exceptional service and over and above customer care.

Needed to visit a real person because my machine scan cut Yale keys weren't working properly. Callum was more than helpful in sorting this for me. Callum was polite and really enthusiastic to solve my problem. Any problems he said... just pop back. First class!! Thank you to Callum. Z. Went in to get a key cut for work, guy clearly didn’t care at all, was on his phone watching TikTok. Told me he couldn’t cut my key because he had to leave early to catch a bus even though the shop had an hour until close?

Dealt with a chap called Craig. Needed my car key fixing. He did a fantastic job and was very polite and professional. Car key fixed perfectly, and in good time. Flawless work. Will be my 1st choice go to next time I'm in need. Many thanks

I am disgusted at the store in derby Took my prized watches in for a battery replacement only to find that the mechanisms have been damaged by the technician who now wants to charge me 80 each to fix the two watches. This was previously done in a store in rugby when the battery’s were changed before. I will be speaking to head office on Monday and also an area manager.by the time I went to go back to the store it had closed so I was unable to speak to someone as my wife picked the watches up on my behalf.
