Went in to get a key cut for work, guy clearly didn’t care at all, was on his phone watching TikTok. Told me he couldn’t cut my key because he had to leave early to catch a bus even though the shop had an hour until close?

Took a pair of shoes to have the sole stuck back on. Yet again service above and beyond expectations. Daz, the branch manager, was a pleasure to deal with and was super helpful in every possible way. I will only use Timpson's for my shoe repairs and key cutting due to the exceptional service and over and above customer care.

Needed to visit a real person because my machine scan cut Yale keys weren't working properly. Callum was more than helpful in sorting this for me. Superstar Craig once again providing an amazing service. He has become the only person I trust with my watches as he takes a great deal of care handling each one upon link alterations and battery changes. He’s very attentive to customers and gives a brilliant service. I feel very fortunate to have stumble upon this place earlier this year because Craig is fabulous.
