Needed to get my watch strap changed and popped into Timpson in the Derbion. Garry (he travels everywhere) was really friendly and couldn't have been more help. The service was excellent and I will definitely use this store again.

Went in to get a key cut for work, guy clearly didn’t care at all, was on his phone watching TikTok. Told me he couldn’t cut my key because he had to leave early to catch a bus even though the shop had an hour until close?
Took a pair of shoes to have the sole stuck back on. Yet again service above and beyond expectations. Daz, the branch manager, was a pleasure to deal with and was super helpful in every possible way. I will only use Timpson's for my shoe repairs and key cutting due to the exceptional service and over and above customer care.
Needed to visit a real person because my machine scan cut Yale keys weren't working properly. Callum was more than helpful in sorting this for me. Callum was polite and really enthusiastic to solve my problem. Any problems he said... just pop back. First class!! Thank you to Callum. Z.
