Garry is in the Derby store today, our usual chap must be off. Excellent service from Garry he went above and beyond to fix a metal fixture on my phone strap
Needed to get my watch strap changed and popped into Timpson in the Derbion. Garry (he travels everywhere) was really friendly and couldn't have been more help. The service was excellent and I will definitely use this store again.
Needed to visit a real person because my machine scan cut Yale keys weren't working properly. Callum was more than helpful in sorting this for me. Callum was polite and really enthusiastic to solve my problem. Any problems he said... just pop back. First class!! Thank you to Callum. Z.
