We had to get some keys cut so opted to go to our usual place in Whitley, (mark) was in there and we are familiar with him which was great as he’s always friendly and helpful. We had about 8 keys to cut, we went off shopping and went back about 20 mins later as he said and they were ready for us. Always a great service with someone who is always knowledgable and very nice. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
Business response:
Your positive feedback about Mark and our key-cutting service means a lot. We're glad the 8 keys were ready on time. See you next visit, Jake!
I needed a watch strap replacement and the one I'd brought in didn't work so the man searched through his drawers and found one that worked. Very pleasant, friendly and helpful
Business response:
Thank you for your review, Caroline. We're glad our colleague found the right watch strap for you. We'll pass on your kind words.
Bryn was very professional and work extra to fit me in. Very impressed with the level of service.
Business response:
Thank you for your review. We're thrilled Bryn provided professional service and went extra to accommodate you.
Mark in Whiteley was absolutely amazing and probably the best customer service my wife and I have ever received. We have been several times over the past couple of months, every time Mark was exceptional and to the extend that we both could not believe how good he is. He is so professional, polite and his attention to detail first class. If Timpson ever needs to reward one of their employees, then Mark should be first inline. Once again, thank you so much. Mark & Michelle.
Business response:
We’re thrilled to hear that Mark consistently provides such exceptional service. Your kind words about his professionalism, politeness, and attention to detail mean a lot — we’ll be sure to pass them on to him.
