Connor is a fabulous representative for Timpson’s. His polite and helpful attitude were of a very high standard and his workmanship second to none, he really cared about repairing my boots. It’s not every day you receive service like this and I wanted to share my thoughts. Connor is based at the Timpsons at 53 Lion Yard, pay him a visit, your footwear is in safe hands.

Fast and Friendly! Great service, fixed up my watch strap clasp right in front of me. Wasn't even charged for the service. Also was very helpful in advising me on what shoe polish to purchase.

Amazing experience! The heel of my dress shoe was coming off, so I stopped in to see what they could do. I dropped them off for just 30 minutes and they were fixed perfectly. Matthew did an excellent job and was extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

I went to get my girlfriends rosary fixed and get a new replacement home key and was shocked at the customer service. It was a very quick process, Matthew was on shift and he did a great job helping me and my girlfriend out. I would recommend this Timpsons!

I had a really great experience at Timpson. Their service was excellent, and the price was very reasonable compared to other places. I had tried several shops before, but none of them could get the job done. Timpson managed it quickly and professionally, and I’m very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service at a good price.
