I just had the loveliest and most helpful experience at Timpsons near Asda Bletchley. I went in asking for some shoe straps to have extra holes put in, but needed them doing today as going away tomorrow. He downed tools and helped me right away and was so lovely to speak with. Thank you so much, it really made my day.
Rude customer service. Called to enquire about selling through music magpie which is a service they offer now. Told me to go to another one because he doesn't know how to do it. Sorry mate but there's only one learn, and it's a service you provide.
After 2 years of having to manually lock and unlock my car due to dodgy contacts, Tom H. at Branch 5618 (by the ASDAs) worked some absolute magic and now I have a fully functional key. Saved me a call to the auto-locksmiths. Lifesaver!
My second visit to the shop. The first was to make an enquiry and the second for dry cleaning service. The service was excellent. The gentleman at the shop was very helpful. I am happy with my newly dry cleaned trench coat💃🏽👏🏾
Extremely arrogant and unhelpful. I enquired about having a car key blank (purchased online) cut. The locksmith looked at me like something he had "scraped off" the bottom of his shoe. Without looking at the key he then proceeded to assure me that the key was sub-standard quality. He then went into an, obviously well rehearsed "speal"on the company policy being to not cut customer supplied blanks.
