How customer service should be! Dealt with Michael who is the main person there and would highly recommend his service. Micheal fixed an expensive pair of boots, which took intricate sewing. The boots were fixed within the hour and looked brand new. Michael is very good at what he does. The prices are reasonable if not generous to say the least. Went here yeasterday and asked for a key pin to hold my key in the fob. But the old guy there said they don't replace the pin. I told him that they did replace the key fob pin last year and he said i would have to replace the key fob with a brand new one which would cost me £50.00 and I said I don't need a new one was not happy at all. Would of paid for the key pin.
Michael helped me sort a problem with a key. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. Very happy with the service
Amazing service. Served by a man with a ponytail was very helpful when I took some shoes in to be heeled. He also cut me some keys which have been fab. Can thoroughly recommend this place and is handy when you are also doing your shopping as he has everything ready for when you have finished your weekly shop!!!
Went to Timpson’s located in Tesco supermarket Brighouse for a replacement watch battery and received excellent customer service from the young man behind the counter who carried out the work
