I have tried to call Timpson's in Consett twice now & they are letting it ring & ring then it hangs up, I've tried again to phone this company and I find them arrogant as each time I've tried to call them for some simple information it seems they are not interested as the phone changes sound as though they are putting me through to an answer phone then it hangs up. How rude

I recently bought a second hand car. The buttons on the remote were wrecked. I bought a replacement. I asked if they would cut the key for me. I was told no problem if I bought it from them at a cost of £70+. Or I could have a complete replacement for £150. I swapped the key and innards myself, total cost less than £5.

I have tried to use this store on a few occasions, as it is in a convenient location. The first time I had to wait 20 minutes for the assistant to return to the store from sitting in his car. He then told me that the boots were beyond repair. I took them to a independent cobbler who re soled them for £7 without any issue. The next time I tried to get a phone screen repaired and was told to come back the next day as this assistant couldn’t do them but the man in the next day could, and it would take 1 hour.
