I just wanted to say a big thank you to the lovely young man who helped me recently at the Colne branch. I think his name was Joe, he was so polite, friendly, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. He replaced my key fob battery quickly and with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble. It’s so refreshing these days to meet someone who takes real pride in their work and treats customers with such kindness. A real credit to Timpson – thank you for such brilliant service!
I came in to the Colne store last week to have my Uggs cleaned. Joe was so polite & helpful and he has managed to completely restore my Uggs which I didn’t think would be possible. He gave such amazing service, would definitely recommend this store!
Had a repair to a watch strap, that had come unattached. Service was first class. The member of staff was very professional and courteous. Every time I have been to the Colne branch the service has been impeccable.
Very pleasant, polite and well spoken young man replaced my key fob battery for me yesterday. Don't often get such pleasant service these days.
I very rarely give reviews, But in this case Firstly I noticed from some earlier post that timpsons was a little pricey, I dont see it that way You get what you pay for, I would rather pay a little more for something that's going to last , and in the rare event there is a problem getting it sorted free with their guarantee, Watch battery in my case .
