I visited about a month ago to get a watch repaired and Joe was incredibly helpful. Because the service was so brilliant the first time, I came back today to get some keys cut and another watch fixed. Huge thanks to Joe for the consistent, top-notch help!
I just wanted to say a big thank you to the lovely young man who helped me recently at the Colne branch. I think his name was Joe, he was so polite, friendly, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. He replaced my key fob battery quickly and with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble. It’s so refreshing these days to meet someone who takes real pride in their work and treats customers with such kindness. A real credit to Timpson – thank you for such brilliant service!

I very rarely give reviews, But in this case Firstly I noticed from some earlier post that timpsons was a little pricey, I dont see it that way You get what you pay for, I would rather pay a little more for something that's going to last , and in the rare event there is a problem getting it sorted free with their guarantee, Watch battery in my case .
