I very rarely give reviews, But in this case Firstly I noticed from some earlier post that timpsons was a little pricey, I dont see it that way You get what you pay for, I would rather pay a little more for something that's going to last , and in the rare event there is a problem getting it sorted free with their guarantee, Watch battery in my case . Had a repair to a watch strap, that had come unattached. Service was first class. The member of staff was very professional and courteous. Every time I have been to the Colne branch the service has been impeccable.
Great little kiosk, keys, shoe repair,watch repair.. speedy service. Keys a reasonable price too.
Collected a house number sign ordered one month earlier very pleased with it and was given ten per cent discount on shoe polish I purchased. Excellent service.
Went to get a watch strap repaired. Faultless service, fixed the strap within minutes. A really pleasant experience so I got another watch repaired, again fast and a very pleasing outcome, and the best bit it was cheap. Two watches repaired for under a tenner. Win win.
