Arrived at 9am and they said it will be a long wait as they were only doing their cash up from the day before. There was an old lady waiting and the way she was spoken to was atrocious. She had a valid reason for saying you’re supposed to be open at 9am ready to help customers. His response was: you can do the cash up for me and the longer you talk, the longer I’ll be. No sorry for the inconvenience or explanation? Terrible customer service.
Had some shoe straps which were too loose, went to timpsons and they punched new ones right there and then and were very happy to do so. Recommend for all your shoe needs🤗
Went there today at 1700 to get a new battery for a key fob, but because the shop assistant didnt like the way i put down the key on thw counter, he refused to serve me. He said he didnt like the way i put the key on the counter. It turned into a lucky experience, as he was going to charge £25 for a new battery and 4 from Amazon cost £5. Not a place i would bother with. Gave 1 star because there was no option for no star
Visited the store this morning. Rory was very helpful polite and efficient. Sorted a problem with my watch. Thank you will certainly return when I need too.
Excellent service from Rory at Timpsons by Tesco Ely this week. Took a pair of my ankle boots in to see if they could be heeled as quite worn down. He did a great job while I had a coffee . It was close to the end of the day and he fitted it in for me. Good price too.
