Wrong keys given, original not returned. Locked out of my house. Unable to call through to the number, head office also tried to call to this store but to no avail. Returned back to shop two hours later, attendant not helpful. No refund given for lost house key. I gave back wrong key given to me - isn’t this a safety concern? Giving someone the keys to someone else’s house or door? I have normally used Timpson for years but that ends today. Horrible service! Instead of selling me neutral shoe wax for my tan leather shoes he's recommended dark brown and said it'll be ok, only to make the sale. Now darker wax has totally ruined my brand new shoes. Crookes!!!
Friendly staff and fast service. I have marked a star down simply because I had to return to the store a second time due to a staff member not being able to fulfil a service due to lack of training.
Danny and Michael very very professional and friendly staff at this site I’m very impressed how they helped me sort out my smart watch strap today which was not possible at the site in gallion reach however again amazing service from the staff there amazing employees always go to Timsons and always will continue to 👌
