I went in today to have a pet tag engraved, I wrote down my contact details clearly and exactly as I wanted them engraved onto the Dogs tag onto a peice paper to avoid any space for error, or so I thought! The lady in Trowbridge store moaned that nobody wanted so much information on their Dog tag as me then bizarrely took it upon herself to then add even more wording onto my engraving, without consulting me first. After a rude phone call to discuss a car key replacement I was spoken to in a derogatory tone by the lady in attendance. I was more than happy to use the cobblers next to the toy shop not very far away. And he did exactly as requested for half the price. Polite and a smile. See photo for contact details.
The lady and gentleman in today on the 26th of march were absolutely amazing helping me with a broken car key Had Great conversation while waiting for the key to be cut. A good laugh really are lovely people. I will definitely be back for any other key issues I have would recommend 100%
I visited Timpsons for 2 keys to my garden gate. The lock is slightly worn and has damaged the original key. The woman who served me, as a very experienced key cutter, informed me that she would do her best but it would be hard as the original key was damaged. The 2 keys she cut for me worked perfectly and I was extremely grateful. Out of kindness she agreed only to charge me if the keys worked. As they worked so well I was only too glad to pay.
