Very disappointed with the service. I was charged £19.95 just to replace a car key battery that costs less than £1. This feels highly unreasonable and not reflective of fair business practice. I wouldn’t recommend this shop based on my experience. Had to give a star just to post this.
Popped in to get a key cut, no customer service at all, felt like I disturbed the chap sat behind the counter. £9 for a Yale key, 15 secs cut on the machine, drove home 20 mins in thick fog with a disabled husband who can’t be left home alone only to find the key doesn’t work and will have to drive back
Absolutely useless. Will not touch a phone that’s water damaged, the whole entire reason you’d even go to get your phone repaired in the first place. Took the same water damaged phone to the phone repair shop in Darlington, and got it fixed within 30 minutes. Don’t waste your time here
Popped in just before they closed to ask if they could do a quick three words on a little plaque for a much-loved friend's pet burial later that evening. Had a few minutes to spare but sadly the chap behind the counter couldn't possibly turn the machine back on. A disappointing lack of flexibility, humanity and compassion.
Excellent Service. Staff member was very friendly, helpful and professional. I went to get some keys cut and it was complete within minutes. Free parking directly outside as well which is always a bonus. Couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank you
