I visited Timpson at Tesco Holyhead...I need my car key fob replaced...it proved to be a complicated task ,however Keiran persevered until the job was completed...His manner was second to none and his helpfulness surpassed all expectations...It's been a very long time since I have come across an assistant so willing to help ..Thankyou Keiran for your willingness to assist and your friendly manor ...We'll Done you are an asset to Mr Timpson .
I’ve tried twice to get keys cut today at the Holyhead branch. The guy there said I have to order them and takes 2 weeks as they are master keys. Even though I explained the one I have is just the flat key, even showed him an email from the manager of the block of flats where my mother lives. He copied one for me to try, he did say it wouldn’t work, he gave it to me for free to try… guess what, it didn’t work! Wanted a key cut. Went to Tesco holyhead at just after 530pm. They close at 6pm. Nan sat behind desk says we are closed. Good customer service.
Car key blank ordered 9 days ago on the understanding that I'd get a call once it arrived.. No call, but friend was passing the shop & enquired, turns out key blank had arrived 2 days after it was ordered. Popped in today to have key cut & immobiliser bits done to be told that the representative was too busy to sort the key out... & I should come back again at a more convenient time....
