Brad at the Eastlands Timpson’s is a genuine and lovely man who I’ve seen over the years for various things. He’s very chatty and always has a smile on his face.. I would 100% recommend going to see him as he definitely knows what he’s doing and is always happy to help. Thank You Brad
I had a pair of suede trainers that I accidentally ruined with hot chocolate powder, it literally wouldn't come off 😩So I took them in and saw a guy called Brad, he was super helpful, knowledgeable and got the problem sorted for me super quick. My trainers back to perfect condition and I'm super happy, thanks Brad 😍

When my son left a pair of shoes for repair he mentioned that he would not be in the UK for at least 2 months to collect then .One member of staff went beyond what was expected by offering to bring the shoes to my house, The staff should be congratulated on the service they offered. Thanks again on my sons behalf
