I had a pair of suede trainers that I accidentally ruined with hot chocolate powder, it literally wouldn't come off 😩So I took them in and saw a guy called Brad, he was super helpful, knowledgeable and got the problem sorted for me super quick. My trainers back to perfect condition and I'm super happy, thanks Brad 😍
When my son left a pair of shoes for repair he mentioned that he would not be in the UK for at least 2 months to collect then .One member of staff went beyond what was expected by offering to bring the shoes to my house, The staff should be congratulated on the service they offered. Thanks again on my sons behalf
Excellent service. I called up close to closing time on a Sunday asking if I could get a watch battery replaced and he kindly said he'd wait for me and once I arrived he replaced it within 5 mins. Very happy with the service here.
When ever we get a key cut from Brad, he is always super helpful & makes us feel comfortable in the shop.
