Had a watch battery replaced, great service.
I had a terrible experience at a Whitney high street store while trying to fix my lighter that I bought from there. The lady who I explained the issue to was rude and angry for no apparent reason. When I asked her to come down and explain the issue with my lighter, she started yelling and attacking me, hitting me inside the store. It's concerning to think that such big stores hire people without knowing their background and possibly with a criminal record who can attack customers in the store. after I try to move and get out... read more
28.07.21 I went into Timpsons in Lanark to print out photos of a family wedding from my mobile phone. I had never done this before and was a bit apprehensive and clueless...the person who served me was kind and very patient in explaining how to do this and explaining choices clearly. I appreciated he didnt rush me at all. So I learned a new technology skill and the photos printed out great! !! He was also very welcoming and polite. Prices were good. I like the way Timpsons support charities too.
Absolutely fantastic service. Popped in on sat 6th March and was served right away and engraving was done in 10 mins on item I took in, so need for me to come back following week to collect. Gentleman who served me was very curteous.
Very helpful shop, I've been satisfied with lots of services, obviously shoe & sandal repairs but also home, car & motorhome key cutting, film development, passport photos, engraved trophy's, watch and mobile phone repairs A good local "go to" resource.
