I’ve never met such a miserable guy in my life, he really seems like he hates his job (bearded white guy, lighter hair). Myself, I’ve never felt like such a burden to be anywhere before. I work in a customer service role and I’d never treat a customer like that, even if I was super busy or upset. And trust me, I get a much more difficult customer base than you would ever at Timpson’s. Tried to do a key, got told by staff that they don't do theese type of keys for minimum of 5 yrs. So went to another Timpsons and they could do it... Also tried changing a battery for a watch, person serving couldn't get it open, as it's too 'tight' watch is about 5 months old, in great condition and clean.. pretty disappointing from local Timpsons
Excellent service - visited for the first time at the weekend. The lady who served me was an absolute gem and did a great job re-heeling my stilettos. Thanks so much for the great service. Really glad I found this branch.
Had boots resoled quality service done very inexpensively. Love these boots. Fixed fantastically. Great job and fast service. Don't but a new pair get them resoled and polished.
The shoe repair guy was standing, looking at his mobile, asked for a quote, he answered as rude as he could, and kept looking at his mobile. Horrendous service. Visited the 12/06/2019 at 14:00. Take note.
