Visited beckton branch today for memorial plaque for my mum. Kyle was the shop assistant very kind helpful and patient. Very good customer service.

I got some photos done, at the Dagenham Asda branch, and Kyle helped me to make sure the photos were all okay and even helped me put them on the website digitally as I did not understand the system. He went above and beyond with great professionalism and was very welcoming to the store.

They did not open on time me and the others had to wait and when he finally came, he was on his phone talking. The reason why I was there on the day was I had to return the key as the spare made for me by the same guy the day before did not work. Went back home tried it on again it did not work ( 2 times ) now. Not only its expensive to get a spare key done from this key company, the damn key did not even work, the time I wasted going back to get a replacement which did not even work, I just did not bother going back again... read more

I’ve never met such a miserable guy in my life, he really seems like he hates his job (bearded white guy, lighter hair). Myself, I’ve never felt like such a burden to be anywhere before. I work in a customer service role and I’d never treat a customer like that, even if I was super busy or upset. And trust me, I get a much more difficult customer base than you would ever at Timpson’s.
