took a watch to Timpsons in tesco potters bar today as my 88 year old fathers watch has repeatedly come off his wrist unexpectedly. the strap was a new one fitted about 6 weeks ago at the same site. KASEY was fantastic spotted a mistake made during the original fitting and rectified it FOC. very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough . a credit to the company. keep hold of him Timpsons.

Please be mindful when buying a new battery fitted for any device at Timpson’s Potters Bar. Ive just had a battery fitted to a car key fob and was completely unaware I was paying around £17 for the pleasure because I wasn’t made aware of it. In complete honesty I rang before visiting to ask if they sold fob batteries, i was informed they do. I informed the guy on the phone i didn't know how to open it and was told not to worry. Worse Timpsons don’t go there cheap quality heels the guy Joe who’s apparently a manager is so rude it’s shocking i would rather pay double somewhere else than go back there really unprofessional stay away!!! He also damaged my boot last time I took it there
Best little shop in Middle Earth. Outstanding service from the resident Hobbit, Frodo. He fixed my bow in seconds and didn't charge me a shackel. First class five Orcs *****
