I was served today by Steve in the Thetford branch. I couldn’t ask for a better service. He was super helpful, very friendly and rectified my problem promptly. (I had a car key that stopped working after it was repaired a few weeks prior in a different branch) He was quick to say I was welcome to come back if my problem wasn’t resolved. Thank you so much
