I’ve never had an issue with Timpson before, but yesterday the employee in the Thetford Tesco location was rude. I regrettably did not see or get his name (tall fellow, skinny with dark brown hair) but the employee was rude to me upon pickup, which struck me as strange since he was kind to all the other older customers in front of me. Could really do without hearing the anti-migrant, racist views of one of your long-standing male workers being spewed forth during a visit on 7 November. It is inappropriate to hear any political views in such a setting, let alone this type of thing. And for the record, no a woman raped by migrants was not arrested and locked up for longer than the “bloody migrant who raped her“ for posting about it on Facebook. Got my watch resized, staff member was quick while I shopped, friendly and listened to how I wanted the watch to fit and carried out the work. Great experience. Thank you mathew 😁
Too expensive for simple work - £15 for couple of cheap watch links taken out. It isn’t skilled work, with the tools anyone could do this.
Superb service and the young man was an absolute delight under pressure and still he kept smiling and dealt willth all customers with a smile and absolute credit to the company.
