I went to Timpson at the Matlock store today to purchase a new remote key fob and extra key for my car. I reminded Sam, who served me, that he'd put said items to one side, ready for when I came in to have it done. He remembered me and quickly went about sorting my new keys and fob. This was completed within 20 minutes. The service was friendly, professional and genial in every way. He asked me to try the keys to ensure they were cut correctly and asked me to try the fob. Adam did a speedy and excellent job of putting rubber soles on my shoes. He also gave them a polish, much better than I ever do!

Had some Laura Ashley curtains dry cleaned recently and came back ruined. Marks on one of the curtains and on the other curtain the heading tape had been broken so could no longer pull the curtain together to make it pleated at the top. A lovely pair of dining room curtains have been ruined. The curtains cost around £75 to be dry cleaned (initially was told £90!)! Do not take anything to the Matlock store to be dry cleaned if you have expensive items, they will come back ruined. Please try and find somewhere else. I only we... read more

Sam has been super helpful and friendly when iv called iv called in for keys to be cut and to send off dry cleaning.
