OWNER......your guy in the shop quoted me £75 for 2 watch batteries ?.....£25 for a Seiko dress watch....£50 for G-Shock......I questioned it ...said I wasn't prepared to pay that....he just said fine...goodbye....chucked my watches on the counter....is this price correct ?......the guy was rude and terrible customer care could use some training.....

Very good. Joe was very helpful as was everyone I spoke to on the phone.
The bloke I went to see today to get my key rejigged was fairly rude. Didn’t provide a single smile, immediately went on his phone straight after I left, gave me quite unpleasant looks and spoke to me quite frankly in a rude way. Won’t be visiting any Timpsons again.
