Experienced expert advice on watch repairs. Went for a small issue with a latch on my watch and the clerk was kind enough not to charge me as he fixed it no less than a minute. Would highly recommend for any watch repairs or similar services.
After getting my battery changed at another Timpaon branch, the lady that done it didn't seal my watch properly. This then endured some serious water damage. But thank God for Michael @ Timpson (Sainsbury's Kenton), he took extra good care of this and rectified his colleagues mistake. My sentimental watch is as good as new and I'm ever so thankful.
Had shoes healed recently. The service and body language of the person there seemed totally non welcoming. However, he done my heels. I felt it was a very poor job and untidy work. The heels fell off and I found they were attached with a stapler. No attempt to make job look professional. I would hope you investigate this person before he destroys your reputation. I honestly cannot suggest this place. I went there with three pairs of trousers to be altered, and the lady told me “they would be available for pickup in six days”. I went back after 6 days to get them, and the same lady told me very rude "I told you before they would be ready in two weeks," and today 15 days later, I went back to take my trousers, and they are still not ready. Fantastic service from Tianna and the team at Timpson Kenton. We've now used their services on multiple occasions, most recently for their engraving services and they were nothing short of brilliant. Short turnaround times, competitive prices and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!
