Experienced expert advice on watch repairs. Went for a small issue with a latch on my watch and the clerk was kind enough not to charge me as he fixed it no less than a minute. Would highly recommend for any watch repairs or similar services.
Had shoes healed recently. The service and body language of the person there seemed totally non welcoming. However, he done my heels. I felt it was a very poor job and untidy work. The heels fell off and I found they were attached with a stapler. No attempt to make job look professional. I would hope you investigate this person before he destroys your reputation. I called the Timpson branch at 1 Nash Way, Kenton (HA3 0JA) earlier today to ask if they were open and could take a passport photo for my newborn. The person who answered the phone clearly said yes, they were operating and could do it. Based on that, I made the trip to the branch. But when I arrived, the staff member told me the branch was closing and that I would need to book an appointment. I honestly cannot suggest this place. I went there with three pairs of trousers to be altered, and the lady told me “they would be available for pickup in six days”. I went back after 6 days to get them, and the same lady told me very rude "I told you before they would be ready in two weeks," and today 15 days later, I went back to take my trousers, and they are still not ready. Fantastic service from Tianna and the team at Timpson Kenton. We've now used their services on multiple occasions, most recently for their engraving services and they were nothing short of brilliant. Short turnaround times, competitive prices and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!
