My friend took a pair of boots in today as the back was coming apart as I had accidentally caught them on the step. They had a gold rim around the back and very different as they was from abroad. The cobbler only super glued them leaving glue all over the gold rim and ruined them further more. In all my years of going to a cobbler have I ever known them to super glue down footwear. I'm absolutely devastated and I certainly won't be using this company anymore!

Paid for a lifetime battery in my watch on 15/12/2022. Just been in to get the battery replaced only to be told he couldnt do it. Rip off!

I had 3 keys cut none of which worked (1 fair enough but all 3 for the same lock) returned them so they went over them again to check came home and none of them worked again. Went back next day got 3 fresh keys cut guess what, none worked again. Went to AB Rooms in Hull and they got all 3 right 1st go👍 don't bother with Timpsons for keys

Had difficulty altering my watch following a battery replacement. The guy tried his best to help and even printed off the instructions on how to do it. We finally managed it and the watch is working perfectly. Great service and will definately use again. Thank you!!

Good quick service... However I'm still trying to get my breath after being charged £9 for a standard Yale key that took 2 minutes to cut.. I appreciate that there's overheads to factor in for the portable unit and wages, but that's an eye-watering amount to charge.. Back soon, just off for counselling..
