Visited Morrisons today to print some photos; the guy at the Timpson shop was really helpful and friendly. Thanks 🙏.

Took my Grandads pocket watch for a minor repair but the bloke on the counter was not at all helpful. Even though I explained it was a very minor fault he insisted it would cost in excess of £200! Going to find a proper watch repairer in town, very poor customer relations 😔

Definitely a place I will avoid rule relentless staff and to top it off £30 to remove two links out of my watch extortionate and excessive charges on top of rule staff is just shocking no thank you. I will not be returning. It wasn’t even like they tried ripping me off with a smile on their face! Crazy customer service skills to say the least!

So unhelpful the male behind the counter could not call him an assistant because that is one thing he wasn't how do you get away with trying to charge £20 to open and put a battery in my car fob when you can buy a battery for £2,50 So asked him if he would just open my fob and he point blankly said no sometimes it does not hurt to give a little bit of help or kindness to someone in distress

My friend took a pair of boots in today as the back was coming apart as I had accidentally caught them on the step. They had a gold rim around the back and very different as they was from abroad. The cobbler only super glued them leaving glue all over the gold rim and ruined them further more. In all my years of going to a cobbler have I ever known them to super glue down footwear. I'm absolutely devastated and I certainly won't be using this company anymore!
