Graham at Riverfield drive Timpson is a total gentleman, have struggled to get keys cut for my front door and he’s persevered and tried different options until he’s managed to get some to work . Highly recommend

I visited your store today Tuesday the 16th of February 2026 and I was looked after by Graham. He was very helpful very polite he had a difficult lady before me but he dealt with it in a professional manner. Great customer service from Graham will defiantly be going to back to your store Sheree
