Fantastic service getting batteries replaced on two watches and a new strap on one of them too. The lady couldn't have been more helpful, particularly as I went in just before closing time on a Sunday afternoon. Attention to detail and made sure everything was done properly. A credit to your company.
I took my Alt-Berg brand new safety boots in here which I had miraculously managed to snag on a nail the night before. Shout out to the young man at Timpson (Riverfield) today. Popped into Halfords to get a battery for my key fob for my Mondeo - they were going to charge me £7 plus battery to do this! Then they informed me that they couldn't do it anyway as the fob needs recoding and I should go to Timpsons. So I did - all done in about 2 minutes plus 12 months guarantee! Thank you
Very bad experience. I arrived just a few minutes before closing and politely asked if a key could be made. The man working there — a heavyset guy with a beard — agreed at first. But when something seemed to go wrong while copying the key, he suddenly started yelling at me very loudly, saying things like “why are you coming at the last minute” and that he had “more important things to do.” He yelled at me in a very aggressive and disrespectful way.
