went for watch resize , at first was quoted £7 , the job took 2mins , after the job was done i was charged £10 with no prior notification, when i asked why he charged me £10 he lied and said he already told me it will be £10, when we only spoke about price once and he said £7. this is really unacceptable to put up the price after job is done with out notifying me . very very disappointed to say the least.

I called this morning, had a key cut, didn’t fit. Went back this afternoon, another key was cut, this one went in the lock but still wouldn’t turn. No time to go back, £9.00 down the drain, what a rip off

Went here the other day to get a key cut . There was no one in the shop and there was a sign saying if you wait until 2:00 then you get a 10% discount. In this day and age 10% is a lot so we decided to wait until2 . As we went in the man seemed very impolite but we decided to brush it off and not take it to heart.
