Went here the other day to get a key cut . There was no one in the shop and there was a sign saying if you wait until 2:00 then you get a 10% discount. In this day and age 10% is a lot so we decided to wait until2 . As we went in the man seemed very impolite but we decided to brush it off and not take it to heart. I had a very disappointing experience here. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, speaking harshly and without any courtesy. When you’re trusting someone with a valuable watch/item, you expect respect and proper customer service — unfortunately, that was not the case. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place to others based on how poorly I was treated.
I ordered some keys and the guy who was working there said after one week you have to come and you will collect your keys so today I came there was a manager and he has a large amount of attitude so much arrogant and he doesn’t know how to deal with the customer he was so so so rude and absolutely obnoxious and swearing on me and raising the voice on me so I will highly not gonna recommend to anyone to go here because he’s absolutely nasty person and Obnoxious behavior and he’s the manager. , also, now he’s calling me and sw... read more

Very unfriendly guy who basically shut me up when I asked him the price of a key to be cut, saying he was very good at his job and that I should let him explain, if I could give him a minute. I wasn't there for a metal explanation, I just wanted a key cut. I said I found him rude and he said I think it's you that's rude but have a nice afternoon!
