Went here the other day to get a key cut . There was no one in the shop and there was a sign saying if you wait until 2:00 then you get a 10% discount. In this day and age 10% is a lot so we decided to wait until2 . As we went in the man seemed very impolite but we decided to brush it off and not take it to heart. I had a very disappointing experience here. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, speaking harshly and without any courtesy. When you’re trusting someone with a valuable watch/item, you expect respect and proper customer service — unfortunately, that was not the case. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place to others based on how poorly I was treated.

AMAZING! Been coming here for years! Jason was wonderful today! Helped us out with our Mercedes key! Amazing customer service, warm and friendly environment! This is the only place that is open and honest about the issue you have, not a rip off unlike high street places!
