Went to the Merry Hill Timpson store today to get my watch fixed. The strap had come loose once more, so I was hoping for a permant fix. Lauren, who works in the store was so polite. She greeted me well, was knowledgeable and friendly. I left my watch with her for a few hours. When I returned, Lauren had fixed my watch, explained the process and remained happy to help. It was such a nice experience. She is a credit to the company. Thank you, Lauren. You're proof that there are good people in the world.

Lost my original car fob spare fob battery was dead, needed soldered, Calum is a credit to timpsons, went the extra mile to make sure he was able to fix problem, and did wife's car key too, very much recommend them. Thank you so much Calum your a star m8
