I do not usually do negative feedback but avoid this branch at Gallions Reach at all costs. The lady there is so so unprofessional and clueless. She couldn't get my key copied despite 3 attempts yet was extremely confident on each occasion that she'd hit the jackpot. I have also heard that she was responsible for damaging my friend's watch during a simple battery change in the last few days. Very poor by Timpsons, please look into this branch and appraise the staff member post haste. Thank you
False advertising told me they have a deal buy 1 get 1 free for security keys I returned a few days later to take them up on their deal only for them to tell me that’s not the deal and the deal is buy 2 get 1 free even though I was frustrated I went along with the deal and paid the £68 for the two keys. 5 days later I was not contacted even though I was told I will be contacted to pick the keys up I received no call so I took it upon myself and called them up and for them to tell me after yes they have arrived which made me ... read more
Went to buy a battery for a car key twice first time the lady was really nice charged me like 6/7£ now the guy is asking 20£?????
UPDATE: I took my wife’s Hugo Boss watch for a Lifetime Battery replacement. However, after I came home, my wife put her watch on and was complaining that her watch keeps clipping her skin. Upon inspection it looks like the case back was opened using a sharp tool which has damaged the case back and the side of the watch and clasp has been left scratched.
