Arrived just on the off chance to get an emergency repair done to some shoes. Terri was really welcoming, said she would take a look and do her best to have it done by the time I came out of Tesco. I returned to find the shoes had been given a new lease of life. Terri demonstrated a positive can do attitude and I left feeling like I had received excellent service. Well done!
